This is the national bird of Mexico. It will fight with vultures for food. It is a ground-inhabiting falcon of the open prairie. I really do not have any more information on this bird, I feel that a look at falcon (see 'kestrel') would be helpful in understanding what this bird is trying to tell you. I simply thought it interesting.
